Experiment Description:

Leaves from rosette stage Arabidopsis Col-0 wild-type plants were placed on water-agar and inoculated with a suspension of B. cinerea spores. At 3 days post-inoculation, leaf discs comprising either infection lesions or uninfected tissue from infected leaves were excised. Uninfected leaves from the same plants were used as controls. Three replicate samples were assayed for each zone.
