This is the second edition of the Integrated Microarray Database System (IMDS). We encourge you to provide feedback on desired features for future versions by submitting suggestions to the Program Manager via the "Contact Us" link.
New features include:
Excel files with normalized data uploaded for all existing arrays in the database.
Capability for searching normalized data to retrieve experiments where the expression of a given gene is upregulated or downregulated by a given fold.
Increased flexibility in searching for experiments based on multiple criteria.
Capability for searching analyzed data by AGI gene ID, locus name, accession #, gene name, GOslim term and GO term.
